Store Policies
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $250 or more (calculated pre-tax). Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under $250. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking numbers once your order drops.
We pride ourselves on distributing strictly authentic, factory-sealed Simplified-Chinese Pokémon collectibles. Due to the highly volatile nature of the trading card market and to guarantee the integrity of our inventory for all collectors, **all sales on factory-sealed booster boxes, gift boxes, and blind boxes are strictly final.**
In the rare event that your package gets crushed by the carrier or contains the wrong item, please contact us via our Contact Form within **48 hours of delivery**. Please retain all original packaging materials and be prepared to supply clear photographs of the unboxing so we can submit a claim and make it right for you.
